The staff were friendly and helpful during my new year stay, giving excellent suggestions for nearby restaurants and helping to order taxis. As for the location, it's right in the heart of the action, with plenty of bars and attractions within walking distance. The room was also very spacious, giving me plenty of room to spread out my things comfortably.

The breakfast options were a bit limited, with not enough variety in the pastries and fruit department. while the cleaning staff did a great job tidying up, the decor could use a bit of sprucing up to make the room more inviting.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a sophisticated area. The staff at the front desk were incredible, especially Joseval, who went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. They even spoke Spanish and English, which was a bonus. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the main attractions near Ave. Paulista. It was the ideal option for a vacation with its great price, good service, and unbeatable location.
